How do I place an order?
To order, simply go to get started and click order.
How does the ordering process work?
When we receive  your order. We will review your order, send an instruction, and then you may begin uploading the photos you want us to include in order.
What are your payment terms?
Before the design process, we require a $300 deposit. We accept Paypal and credit cards.
Do you have a return policy?
As a custom made product designed especially for you, we are not able to accept returns for any products.
Do you have design samples?
Please look at our sample design.
How long does it take to get the album?
Typically, our design process requires 1-2 weeks, possibly more. Album production requires about 1-month.

What types of services do you offer?
We offer custom flush mount albums as our main products, but we do offer custom design for any other custom design services such as engagement books, baby design albums, family album design, photo cards design and image enhancement service.
What types of flush mount albums do you offer?
We offer many choices for personalized albums, including flush mount albums, square, horizontal and vertical designs, calendar style albums, and more. Album sizes range from 8×8 to 14×14.
Are your albums constructed of earth-friendly materials?
Yes. Our products are constructed of a green recyclable material that may be used over and over again, yet it does not detract from the quality of the albums.
What styles of covers can I choose from?
We offer many cover options, including leather, fabric, leatherette, photo wrap cover and much more.
Will the album lay flat?
Yes. Our albums are designed to lay flat so that you can fully-open and enjoy them.
How do you ship your albums?
We use Federal Express to ship our albums. We will provide a tracking number when your item ships.
Does your albums come with a box?
Yes. Our albums are sent to FEDEX in a strong and sturdy packing box. We will ship your album within a box, and then FEDEX will put that box inside a FEDEX box to ensure proper shipping protection.

How many photos should I submit?
You can submit as many photos as you like, but we suggest limiting each spread to 5-6 photos each.
What is the different between sides and spreads?
A side refers to either the left hand or right hand page. The two sides combined equal one spread.
Do you offer color correct for photos?
Yes. We offer color correct for an additional fee. Please email for more information.
What is the photo resolution of the album?
The photo resolution for the album should be the highest resolution you have available- with a 1500px minimum. If you’d like to check the resolution of your photos, please contact us.
Do you require permission to use photos?
We accept only photos for which the photographer has granted permission to include in a photo album. Please contact your photographer for authorization to use his or her photos in an album.
